Mallinckrodt was spun off from Covidien in 2012. Brand Anatomy was selected to help name the new organization and develop the brand mark, branding guidelines and a web-based asset management tool for a successful roll out across the globe

Phase 2 of the project was to launch the company with a marketing blitz. It began with teaser ads for each of the specialty units of the company, followed by a Wall Street opening and launch campaign
